A strategic planning goal for consistency and increased productivity led Nooter Construction to develop a Project Management Best Practices Manual (PMBPM). This goal had a hard completion date. Based on previous experience working with Lee Rech, we reached out to LBR Communications. Eleven months later, we published Nooter Construction’s PMBPM. Lee’s professional strengths in technical writing, subject matter knowledge, and editing helped us achieve a successful project completion.
